By accessing and using VectoBody (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Strictly Non-Medical Application (Medical Disclaimer)

VectoBody is a data visualization and tracking tool. It is not a medical device, nor does it provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• You should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any diet, weight loss program, or exercise regimen.
• The "Target BMI" and "Weekly Goals" generated by the Service are mathematical estimates and should not supersede professional medical guidance.

3. Beta System Status ("As-Is" Clause)

The Service is currently in a "Soft Launch" / Beta phase. While we strive for system stability, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• We are not liable for any temporary server downtime, data loss, or sync failures regarding your biometric history.

4. Operator Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the Service's database or 3D visualization engine.
• Create accounts using unauthorized or fake credentials.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to access other users' biometric data.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other operational reason.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
